Once payment of €600 is made we will contact you to provide details of how to provide the content for your website. All content must be provided by an agreed date and we will have your website built and ready to go live within 2 weeks. If you require an earlier date please let us know and we will try to accommodate you. The offer includes 5 pages > Home, About, Products or Services, Contact & Blog – the blog section can be continuously added to via content management. We will require FTP details of your current hosting provider or we can provide annual website hosting for €20 per month in first year. You will also be required to have access to a Domain Name or we can assist with sourcing this. You must provide all Text and Images content. We can provide up to 10 stock images from our extensive stock images library. We will not upload any website content that we consider to be offensive or illegal. This offer is directed to women in business or female led businesses. If you have a previous website you must provide all current URL’s so redirects can be set up for search engines. We can provide 1-1 content management training via Skype for €180 (payment in advance) or direct you to suitable WordPress video training. If you have a logo or current brand image or brand guidelines you must supply to us with the text & image content. We will agree the main colours to be used on your website prior to starting the design work. We will follow our usual design process of discover, plan, design, development, launch. We will spend some time via phone or Skype getting to know your business prior to starting your website design work. We will require some information regarding the nature of your business, who you are targeting and what you provide. We recommend you subscribe to a support package of post launch maintenance to ensure your website is kept fresh and up to date – this will increase your chances of getting found on search engines, plus will keep your customers interested. We can advise or provide support for search engine optimisation and getting more leads and sales enquiries from your website. We will include the following plugins at no extra cost: Yoast plugin for SEO, WordFence plugin to help keep your website secure, BWS Captcha plugin to help prevent enquiry form spam, Google maps plugin for location of your business. Installation & configuration of other plugins start from €50 to install. If another company is providing hosting we highly recommend you ensure your WordPress core, theme and all plugins are kept up to date. If not your website may be vulnerable to security and performance issues. If we are providing or Maintenance Support we will ensure all these areas are kept up to date.
