WHAT TO EXPECT AT A ‘RETREAT ME’ DAY

Arrive in the stunning location of your chosen Hotel Location (Harvey’s Point/ Lough Erne or Redcastle) where you will be greeted with a warm smile while you enjoy some homemade scones and refreshments.

‘Retreat Me’ is an easy-to-fit-in-your-schedule workshop from  10:00 am – 4:30 pm for just 12 women to keep it cosy and collaborative. Enjoy a scrumptious lunch in the beautiful restaurant over looking stunning views .

Mats, pillows & blankets will be provided for the deluxe guided relaxation experience & reflective journaling.

Enjoy a tranquil environment with comfortable surroundings that invites a space for reflection and positivity, with gentle not forced interaction & stunning ocean view.

This is one day when you don’t need to rush! By the end of the day you’ll be floating out the door!

Morning Session

  • This session will focus on nurturing your physical well-being. Enjoy some gentle breath work exercises to calm a busy mind and re-balance your body.
  • Turn your attention inwards while being guided through a relaxing body scan experience. Allowing your energy centres to open to promote healing while bathing in a feeling of well-being.
  • Unwind with some gentle stress reliving exercises to release any tensions you are holding onto in your body & mind.
  • Luxuriate in a 30min guided relaxation in the warmth & comfort of cosy blankets & soothing music that will take off to a place of total bliss.
  • Lunch (break 1 hour)
  • Enjoy a relaxed & delicious lunch in Redcastle restaurant with stunning views overlooking the ocean.

Afternoon Session

  • This session will focus on nurturing your mental & emotional well-being. Enjoy taking part in group exercise feedback and personal reflection exercises in a safe & loving space.
  • We explore by engaging our thoughts, feelings & behaviours through shared experiences & group discussions.
  • You will then be taken on a journey of self-discovery to meet your future self through a beautiful guided meditation in the comfort of your cozy blanket.
  • Afterwards enjoy some quiet time & individual space to reflect and journal your thoughts and feelings to nurture a healthier & happier you.
  • Feel inspired & further develop your well-being through an interactive session that supports you in re-affirming your positive intentions to creating long lasting positive change in your life today.
